Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a premium in-store shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewelry.
- Explain product features, purity, certifications, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment transactions using the POS system.
- Build robust customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Assist customers with product selection, customization, exchanges, and after-sales services.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness.
