Job Summery:-

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Area Sales Executive to lead business development activities for fire fighting system installation services. The role involves identifying new clients, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through strong technical understanding and relationship building.

Role & responsibilities:-

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors
- Generate leads through site visits, networking, cold calling, and industry contacts
- Understand client requirements for fire fighting systems (hydrant systems, sprinklers, alarms, etc.)
- Coordinate with design and technical teams to prepare proposals and cost estimates
- Present technical solutions and negotiate contracts with clients
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain solid relationships with consultants, contractors, and builders
- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits




- Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
- Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up with clients
- Participate in tenders, prepare documentation, and handle bidding processes

Preferred candidate profile:-

- 2- 4 years of Experience in Field Sales and Targets
- Experience in dealing with government tenders and large projects
- Existing network with builders, architects, and consultants
- Knowledge and experience in industrial marketing/sales

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
