## About the Role

vTech Solution is looking for an experienced Senior Proposal Writer – US Federal to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with hands-on experience in end-to-end US Federal proposal writing who are passionate about delivering winning proposals and contributing to business growth.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the US Federal procurement process, experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, and the ability to independently manage proposal development from start to finish.

## Key Responsibilities

* Lead the end-to-end proposal development process for US Federal opportunities.

* Analyze RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and Sources Sought notices to understand customer requirements.

* Develop compliant, compelling, and high-quality proposal responses.

* Coordinate with business development, recruiters, delivery teams, SMEs, and leadership to gather proposal inputs.

* Prepare executive summaries, technical narratives, management approaches, staffing plans, and past performance sections.

* Ensure proposals are fully compliant with solicitation requirements, formatting guidelines, and submission deadlines.

* Manage proposal schedules, content libraries, templates, and documentation.

* Conduct proposal reviews, quality checks, and final proofreading before submission.





* Maintain version control and proposal documentation throughout the proposal lifecycle.

* Stay updated with US Federal procurement regulations and proposal best practices.

## Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.

* 3–6+ years of hands-on experience in US Federal proposal writing.

* Mandatory experience in managing the complete proposal lifecycle for US Federal opportunities.

* Strong knowledge of the US Federal procurement process, including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and government contracting.

* Excellent business writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

* Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

* Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

* High attention to detail and commitment to proposal quality and compliance.

## Preferred Skills

* Experience with proposal management tools and content management systems.

* Understanding of staffing, IT services, or consulting proposals for US Federal agencies.

* APMP certification is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
