Satishco Agriculture and Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic, dedicated, and self-motivated candidates for the position of Agriculture Assistant (FPO/Delivery Services).

Work Location :-

*Key Responsibilities

1. Agriculture Assistant (FPO):* Conduct weekly meetings with farmers at the village and Gram Panchayat levels to assess their farming requirements, including fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, tools, equipment, machinery, and all types of agricultural produce.

2. Agriculture Assistant (Delivery Services): Regularly coordinate with Agriculture Assistants (FPO), the Subdivisional Manager, and agricultural suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of farmers' requirements.

The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting villages, meeting farmers, understanding their agricultural requirements, promoting the company's agricultural products and services, registering farmers,



coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery of agricultural inputs, and submitting regular work reports to the Sub-Divisional Manager.
