Job Summary:
Leadz Study Abroad is looking for a dynamic and student-focused Counselor to guide students through their study abroad journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving targets, providing accurate guidance, and ensuring a smooth application and visa process for students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly student registration and visa lodgement targets.
- Counsel students on course selection, universities, and application procedures.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on study abroad opportunities.
- Assist students in choosing courses aligned with their academic background and career goals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and guide students through each stage of the admission process.
- Conduct retention calls to re-engage inactive or pending students.




- Attend all training sessions and webinars conducted by the company.
- Maintain and update student records, application status, and database.
- Submit reports and updates to the Branch Manager and Country Heads as required.
- Continuously improve knowledge of destination countries, universities, and programs.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage student portfolios efficiently
- Basic knowledge of study abroad processes (preferred)
