Key Responsibilities:

Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets.Manage daily operations of airport retail stores.Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15–20 employees.Ensure excellent customer service and visual merchandising.Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and cash handling.Analyze sales reports and improve store performance.Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of retail staff.Work on SAP/ERP systems and report to the National Head.

Candidate Profile4–5+ years of retail experience with at least 2 years as a Store/Sales Manager.Experience in Airport Retail, Travel Retail, Gifts,



Handicrafts, Jewellery, Fashion Accessories, or Lifestyle Retail preferred.Robust leadership, communication, and customer service skills.Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.Proficiency in SAP/ERP and MS Office.
