Job Summary

HLBS Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious Driver to support the company's transportation needs. The candidate will be responsible for safely transporting company officials, employees, materials, and documents while ensuring proper maintenance of the assigned vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely drive company vehicles for official duties.
- Transport company officials, employees, guests, and visitors as assigned.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and materials from vendors, customers, banks, government offices, and other locations.
- Ensure timely pickup and drop-off as per schedule.
- Follow all traffic rules, speed limits, and road safety regulations.
- Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy at all times.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, brakes, lights, battery, etc.).
- Maintain the vehicle logbook, recording daily travel details, kilometre readings, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with the Administration Department for servicing, insurance renewal, PUC, and other statutory requirements.
- Report accidents, breakdowns, or any vehicle issues immediately to the reporting manager.
- Assist in loading and unloading light materials or company equipment when required.




- Ensure the confidentiality of company information and maintain professional behaviour while on duty.
- Be available for outstation travel whenever required.

Eligibility CriteriaQualification

- Minimum 10th Pass.
- Valid LMV Driving Licence (Commercial licence preferred).

Experience

- Minimum 3–5 years of driving experience.
- Experience driving company vehicles for corporate or manufacturing organizations is preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
- Good knowledge of Bhopal city routes and nearby industrial areas.
- Ability to use Google Maps and GPS navigation.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, disciplined, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if required.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
