Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in invoice processing, vendor account reconciliation, payment processing, and maintaining accurate financial records. Candidates from the logistics, transportation, or 3PL industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
- Prepare vendor payment schedules and coordinate timely payments through NEFT, RTGS, and other banking channels.
- Perform vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.
- Ensure proper accounting entries for purchase invoices, payments, and credit notes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve payment-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payment documents, and supporting files.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and company financial policies.




- Support bank reconciliation and audit requirements by providing necessary documentation.
- Generate AP-related MIS reports and maintain payment trackers.
- Work closely with procurement and operations teams to ensure smooth invoice and payment processing.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes.
- Experience in invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payment management.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally, SAP, Oracle, or any ERP system.
- Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in the Logistics, Transportation, or 3PL industry will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
