About the Role We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to lead procurement operations, manage vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effective and timely availability of materials and services for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement operations including vendor development, negotiation, and order placement.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliable supply and competitive pricing.
- Develop and implement cost optimization strategies across procurement categories.
- Ensure timely material availability for project and operations teams.
- Lead the purchase team and set performance targets for procurement staff.
- Prepare procurement budgets, MIS reports,



and management presentations.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, processes, and quality standards.

Requirements

- Graduate / B.E. / MBA in Supply Chain or Operations Management.
- 3–6 years of experience in purchase or procurement management.
- Robust vendor management, negotiation, and cost control skills.
- Experience with ERP/procurement software tools.
- Leadership skills with ability to manage a small procurement team.
