Meta & Google Ads Expert | Performance Marketer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketer with expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to join our marketing team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of planning, managing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximise ROI.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

· Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Shopping, and Remarketing campaigns.

· Create audience strategies, keyword plans, and campaign structures.

· Monitor daily campaign performance and optimise bids, budgets, and targeting.

· Improve key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and Conversion Rate.

· Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and conversion tracking.

· Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences.

· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

· Coordinate with designers and content teams to develop high-converting creatives and ad copies.

· Stay updated on platform changes and performance marketing best practices.

Required Skills

· Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

· Strong understanding of Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube,



and Remarketing campaigns.

· Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.

· Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

· Excellent campaign optimisation and budget management skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

· Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

· Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.

· Experience working with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns is an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

6 Years (Minimum) of relevant performance marketing experience.

Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads or driving online sales through paid campaigns.

Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver measurable results.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
