Brand Manager / CEO – The Fragrance People
Location: Chattarpur, New Delhi | Full-time | Mon–Sat
Salary: ₹100,000 – ₹150,000/month (based on experience)
About Us:
The Fragrance People is a fast-growing premium fragrance brand under Delta Exports. We manufacture and sell beautifully crafted candles, reed diffusers, and essential oil-based products. We're now ready to grow 10x – and we’re hiring someone to lead that journey.
Your Mission:
You will act as the CEO of the brand – managing everything from product launches to online sales, influencer marketing to packaging development. Your goal is to scale the brand, grow revenue, and build a powerful D2C + offline retail presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage online marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, etc.)
- Work with designers on packaging and campaigns
- Coordinate with the factory for production timelines
- Manage website content and growth
- Handle influencer tie-ups and social media strategy
- Launch festive collections and gifting campaigns
- Lead a small team of freelancers or interns
- Weekly performance reporting to the founder
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in D2C or FMCG brands
- Solid knowledge of online platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, etc.)
- Good taste in design, branding, and storytelling
- Leadership mindset – ability to work independently
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience is a plus
