Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hiring, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of identifying and attracting quality talent across various roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and create effective job postings.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews for initial evaluation.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and candidate records.
