- Solid understanding of wireless connectivity technologies, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth/BLE, Zigbee, and GNSS.
- Proven hands-on experience in RF bring-up, calibration, and performance optimization, along with customer issue debugging.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex integration issues reported by Qualcomm (QC) customers across hardware and system levels.
- Solid industry experience of 6–8 years in connectivity chipset integration, RF validation, and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of RF/Analog/Digital fundamentals, SI/PI, PCB design, and SoC basics.
- Hands-on experience with RF test equipment such as LitePoint (IQxcel), VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, VSA/VSG.
- Familiarity with Linux and RTOS (e.g., ThreadX) environments.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, customer-focused approach to delivering results.
