ISCOOT Motors India LLP is a growing Electric Vehicle (EV) manufacturer committed to delivering high-quality electric scooters and exceptional after-sales service. We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Service Executive to join our service team.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Diagnose basic technical issues and coordinate with technicians for repairs.
- Prepare and maintain job cards, service records, and customer history.
- Follow up with customers regarding service updates and vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate warranty claims as per company policies.
- Ensure timely availability of spare parts by coordinating with the spare parts department.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.
- Handle customer queries regarding vehicle maintenance and service schedules.
- Conduct post-service follow-up calls to obtain customer feedback.
- Ensure service quality standards and company SOPs are followed.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager to achieve service targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the service area.




- Prepare daily service reports and submit them to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of two-wheelers or Electric Vehicles (Preferred).
- Ability to coordinate with customers and technical teams.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel & MS Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving approach.

Eligibility

- Graduate or Diploma (Automobile/Mechanical preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile service or EV service.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and communication skills may also apply.
