About the Role

CoreInfinity is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to help acquire international clients through freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other B2B marketplaces.

This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in business development, international sales, client communication, and the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and similar platforms.
- Analyze client requirements and match them with CoreInfinity's service offerings.
- Prepare and submit customized, high-quality proposals.
- Maintain proposal, response, interview, and follow-up trackers.
- Follow up with prospective clients professionally.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scope before proposal submission.
- Research market trends, competitors, and pricing.
- Optimize company profiles on freelancing platforms.
- Meet daily and weekly proposal submission targets.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, BCA, MCA, BE/B.Tech (CS/IT), or a related field.
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good internet research skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to understand technical project requirements.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of Website Development, WordPress, Web Hosting, Cloud/Server Management, SEO, or Digital Marketing.
- Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or similar freelancing platforms is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Performance Expectations

- Identify quality international projects daily.
- Submit 15–20 customized proposals per day.
- Generate client responses and interview opportunities.
- Maintain accurate daily proposal and follow-up reports.
