Job Function, Key Responsibilities and Duties :
- Programming of VMV & CNC turning by DELCAM & FEATURE CAM respectively.
- Knowledge on CNC & VMC Fanuc controller 3-axis machines to guide the operator.
- Develop basic Fixtures / clamping / set up plan for part.
- Supervise CNC (Lathe) and VMC Machine
- Plan machining activity sequence to reduce turnaround time for jobs.
- Look after the regular upkeep of CNC and VMC machines
- Needs to have knowledge of different tooling used in CNC and VMC machines.
- Needs to have knowledge of the sequence of different machining operations.
- Needs to have 2-3 years’ experience in CNC and VMC machining and programming.
- Should be ready to work in shifts.
