Lucien Solutions is looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to lead engineering, define the technology stack and architecture, mentor the development team, and actively contribute to building scalable products.
Responsibilities
- Define the technology vision, stack, and architecture.
- Build and ship features across the stack.
- Lead and mentor the engineering team.
- Collaborate with founders and product teams.
- Oversee infrastructure, deployments, security, and code quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with leadership exposure.
- Experience with frontend, backend, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong knowledge of system design, APIs, and databases.
- Startup mindset with excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have: Experience with DevOps, AI/ML, or modern data tools.
