About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive who enjoys speaking with business owners, understanding their challenges, and recommending AI-powered technology solutions.

This is a consultative sales role—not just cold calling.

You will interact with decision-makers including founders, directors, CEOs, school owners, healthcare businesses, real estate companies, retail chains, manufacturers, and SMEs.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B business opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups
- Handle inbound enquiries
- Book product demonstrations
- Understand client business challenges
- Recommend suitable AI solutions
- Build long-term client relationships
- Maintain CRM records
- Prepare proposals and quotations
- Coordinate with the technical team
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Represent Talecraftor professionally
