Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Metallurgist with 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment. The candidate will support metallurgical testing, heat treatment process control, material analysis, failure investigations, and continuous process improvement to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform metallurgical testing, microstructure evaluation, hardness testing, and material analysis.
- Monitor heat treatment processes and ensure compliance with specified process parameters.
- Conduct failure analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Support quality assurance activities and customer requirements.
- Prepare and maintain metallurgical test reports and laboratory records.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Heat Treatment teams to resolve process-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949,



ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement, Kaizen, and cost reduction initiatives.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of ferrous metallurgy and heat treatment processes.
- Experience in hardness testing, microstructure analysis, and metallurgical laboratory practices.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and material specifications.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Preferred Industry

Automotive Components, Heat Treatment, Forging, Steel, Foundry, or Manufacturing Industry.
