Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Direct Patient Care: Assess patient needs, formulate nursing care plans, provide daily care (hygiene, feeding, pressure points), and prepare for/assist in procedures (dressing, catheterization, injections).
- Clinical & Medical Responsibilities: Administer medications, monitor vital signs (pulse, BP, temperature), perform diagnostic tests, and maintain IV lines.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate, meticulous patient records and report changes in patient conditions promptly.
- Ward Management: Maintain a clean, safe setting; manage inventory (drugs, equipment); and ensure equipment is functional.
- Education & Support: Educate patients and families on care plans and assist in the orientation of new staff and students.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure consistent care and follow safety regulations.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
