We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements. The candidate will be responsible for inspection, quality control processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Prepare quality reports and maintain documentation
- Handle customer complaints and root cause analysis
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Coordinate with production and design teams for quality improvement
- Monitor adherence to safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
- 1–3 years experience preferred (Freshers with solid knowledge can apply)
- Knowledge of quality tools (7 QC tools, root cause analysis, etc.)
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
