Telecaller / Business Development Executive (Travel Industry)

Location: Shimla, Himachal Pradesh (Work from Office)

About the Role

We are looking for confident and energetic Telecallers to connect with travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, and tourism businesses across Himachal Pradesh. Your role will be to introduce our digital marketing services, generate qualified leads, and schedule meetings for our sales team.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to travel agencies and tourism businesses.
- Introduce our digital marketing, website development, SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and branding services.
- Explain the benefits of having a professional travel website and online marketing.
- Generate interested leads and schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate call records and follow up with prospects.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi. English communication is an advantage.
- Confident and persuasive personality.




- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or sales is preferred but freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
