Responsible for the procurement of engineering raw materials including Mild steel, Stainless steel, Aluminum, and other fabrication materials. Handle Direct procurement of production materials and Indirect Procurement of consumables, MRO items, office supplies tools, safety items and general purchases. Source and develop current vendors while maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers. Float RFQs compare quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings. Prepare and release Purchase Orders and ensure timely follow-up for on time material delivery. Coordinate with Production, planning, Stores, Quality and Finance tams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.



Monitor inventory levels and support material planning to avoid stock shortages or excess inventory. Verify supplier invoices and coordinate with the Finance team for timely payment processing. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and service. Maintain procurement records, MIS reports, and documentation in ERP/SAP systems. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards while continuously identifying cost optimization opportunities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
