Job Purpose:
To manage the hospital pharmacy operations, ensure accurate dispensing of medicines, and maintain compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards, supporting quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dispense prescribed medications accurately to patients as per doctors' prescriptions.
- Maintain proper storage, stock levels, and inventory of medicines and pharmaceutical supplies.
- Ensure timely procurement and reordering of medicines to avoid stock-outs.
- Monitor expiry dates and manage proper disposal of expired/damaged stock.
- Maintain accurate records of medicine sales, purchases,



and inventory as per regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with drug licensing norms, hospital policies, and government regulations (Drugs & Cosmetics Act, etc.)
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff regarding medicine availability and alternatives, if required.
- Educate patients on proper medication usage, dosage, and possible side effects.
- Handle billing and coordinate with the accounts/finance team for pharmacy transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper storage conditions within the pharmacy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,132.98 per month
