Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow professional with strong experience in ITSM and HRSD modules. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing HR Service Delivery solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and administer ServiceNow HRSD modules
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, and workflows
- Design and develop solutions using JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, AngularJS, and ServiceNow APIs
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Work on integrations with enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs
- Participate in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators

Required Skills

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and HRSD implementation




- Robust expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, Jelly, and ServiceNow APIs
- Experience in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages)
- Good understanding of ITSM + HRSD modules
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow HRSD certification is an added advantage
- Experience in leading teams and managing deliverables
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Candidates must be comfortable working from the office in Pune
