Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Architect / Senior Architect – Team Lead (Interior Design) to lead the design and execution of interior design projects from concept development to project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong design capabilities, client-facing experience, leadership skills, and expertise in industry-standard design software. This role requires managing multiple projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring exceptional design outcomes that align with client expectations and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead the development of innovative interior design concepts, layouts, space planning, and design solutions.

● Create and present design proposals, mood boards, presentations, and final design concepts to clients.

● Develop detailed drawings, visualizations, and project documentation using industry-standard design software.

● Stay updated with emerging design trends, materials, technologies, and industry best practices.

● Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.

● Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.





● Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

● Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion while meeting client expectations.

● Lead, mentor, and inspire the design team to maintain high levels of creativity and performance.

● Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and translate them into practical design solutions.

● Ensure all designs comply with applicable standards, regulations, and project requirements.

Key Requirements

● Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is mandatory; Master's Degree will be an added advantage.

● 7-8 years of experience in Architecture and Interior Design projects.

● Solid proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3Ds Max, and V-Ray.

● Excellent understanding of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and space planning.

● Solid creative thinking, visualization, and conceptualization skills.

● Experience in handling client interactions, presentations, and project coordination.

● Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.

● Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines

.

Preferred Candidate Profile

● Experience leading interior design teams and managing end-to-end project execution.

● Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial, retail, office, hospitality, or residential interior projects.

● Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator will be an added advantage.

● Strong client management and stakeholder coordination skills.

● Ability to mentor junior designers and drive design excellence across projects.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
