What You'll Do •Own HR strategy, org design, and workforce planning across corporate, site, and precast plant teams. •Lead talent acquisition for engineering, project, and plant roles, plus contract/skilled workforce planning. •Build HR frameworks suited to construction sites and manufacturing operations, including safety culture and shift-based workforce management. •Ensure compliance with labour laws (BOCW Act, Contract Labour Act, Factories Act, ESI, PF) across Karnataka and Odisha. •Drive performance management, leadership development, and succession planning. •Design compensation structures and oversee payroll, HRMS, and HR operations across both locations. •Build a unified culture and drive change management as the company scales.





What We're Looking For

•MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. •15+ years of HR experience, with prior experience in a CHRO/HR Head/Senior HR leadership role. •Experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, EPC, or manufacturing preferred. •Robust grasp of labour law compliance in construction/manufacturing environments. •Comfortable managing multi-location teams and frequent travel between Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, and project/plant sites.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
