We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining services to customers, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
- Explain company services and offers clearly
- Generate leads and schedule appointments
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team
- Build positive relationships with customers

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Confident speaking and convincing skills




- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and customer handling skills
- Experience in telecalling/customer support is preferred
- Freshers can also apply
