Tattva Fincorp Limited is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives for our Madurai Branch. Candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Products Handled

- Personal Loan
- Two Wheeler Recent/Used Loan
- Used Four Wheeler Loan
- Gold Loan

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business and achieve sales targets.
- Promote and market the company's loan products.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Maintain daily sales reports and documentation.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: Plus Two (Degree holders preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Age Limit: 20 to 40 years.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Candidates with experience in NBFC, Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services will have an added advantage.

Compensation

Salary will be based on experience and interview performance, along with attractive incentives.

Probation Period

Candidates will undergo a probation period of 6 to 12 months, based on performance and behaviour, before confirmation as permanent employees.
