Key Responsibilities

· Conducting Property/Home Inspections in a professional, organized and disciplined manner.

· Strong Knowledge of Civil aspects.

· Should have worked from Construction to Finishing and Handover stage of a commercial or residential project.

· Experience with Architects executed sites will be preferable.

· Experience required in Leakage, Seepage, Moisture and dampness detection in plumbing lines, plumbing equipment’s, Fire lines, STP, WTP, Swimming Pools, etc.

· Inspection of different Finishing Parameters-Flooring, Walls, Ceiling, Doors, Windows, Cabinets, Balconies, terrace, common areas etc.

· Should have knowledge of Layout understanding of Electrical & Plumbing Lines Installation.

· Experience in Water proofing of Bathrooms, open areas, rooms, Kitchen, swimming pools and terrace.

· Should be technically sound and possess logical and analytical skills for correct source finding.

· Should have work experience of multi storey residential and commercial projects.

· Coordination with MEP and Electrical professional for proper technical inspection.

· Need to be OBSERVANT, team builder and a decision maker.





· Handles complete Team with confidence and authority.

· Maintaining inspection records.

· Report writing and explaining report to the clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

· B.Tech in Civil

Working Conditions:

- Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM.
- Work from Office- Gurugram Sector 74A location

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Narsinghpur, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
