Position: Medical Representative (MR)

Job Summary

The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and generate prescriptions for the company's products from healthcare professionals.
- Regularly visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and chemists as per the daily call plan.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits to healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and distributors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Organize and participate in Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and other promotional activities.




- Ensure product availability and coordinate with distributors for stock management.
- Prepare and submit daily call reports, expense statements, and other sales reports on time.
- Comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or any relevant discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (Freshers may also apply).
- Valuable communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
