*About the Role*
We are a growing translation and localization company serving global clients across legal, medical, e-commerce, and enterprise sectors.We are looking for a *Lead Generator* with 3+ years experience who is skilled at using *AI technology and automation tools* to build and scale our B2B sales pipeline.
*Key Responsibilities*:-
1. *AI-Powered Prospecting*: Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo AI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and data enrichment platforms to identify and research target accounts
2. *Lead Generation*: Build lists of decision-makers in target industries: SaaS, E-commerce, Legal, Healthcare, EdTech, OTT, and Enterprises
3. *Automated Outreach*: Create and run personalized email, LinkedIn, and cold call campaigns using AI copywriting and sequencing tools
4. *Data & Research*: Leverage AI for market research, ICP building, lead scoring, and intent data analysis
5. *Qualification*: Qualify leads using BANT framework and book meetings for the sales team
6. *CRM Management*: Maintain accurate records in HubSpot / Salesforce / Pipedrive. Min 40 touchpoints per day
7. *Campaign Optimization*: Use AI analytics to A/B test subject lines, messaging, and improve response rates
8. *Reporting*:
Weekly reports on leads generated, meetings booked, pipeline value, and conversion metrics
*Must-Have Requirements*:-
- *Experience*: 3+ years in B2B Lead Generation / SDR role. Translation, SaaS, or IT services experience preferred
- *AI Skills*: Hands-on experience using AI tools for lead gen: ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, 6sense, or similar
- *Tools*: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, CRM, Google Sheets
- *Skills*: Strong research skills, excellent written communication, data-driven mindset
- *Results*: Proven track record of generating 20+ Sales Qualified Leads per month
*Good to Have*:-
- Experience in Language Services, SaaS, or Agency sales
- Knowledge of sales automation and workflow automation tools like Zapier, Make
- English + Hindi/Marathi communication skills for India market
*KPIs*:-
- 60+ qualified leads per month
- 15+ meetings booked per month
- Maintain >15% reply rate on outbound campaigns
