Job Title: Sales Executive – Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV)

Location – Hiring for Rourkela, Sundergarh, Jharsuguda

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Branch Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs). The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

- Promote and sell Light Commercial Vehicles (e.g., pickups, mini trucks, cargo vehicles)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments

2. Lead Generation

- Generate leads through:
- Field visits
- Local market networking
- References and cold calling
- Follow up on showroom walk-in customers

3. Customer Handling

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable vehicle options
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Explain pricing, finance options, insurance, and documentation

4. Coordination & Closure

- Coordinate with finance team for loan processing




- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles
- Maintain proper documentation and sales records

5. Relationship Management

- Maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Generate repeat business and referrals
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

6. Market Intelligence

- Track competitor activities and pricing
- Provide feedback to management on market trends

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of commercial vehicles (preferred)
- Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement ability
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

Qualification:

- Minimum: 10th Pass/12th Pass / Graduate (any stream preferred)
- Experience:
- Fresher or 1–3 years in automobile sales / field sales

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Local candidate with market knowledge
- Valid Driving License (preferred)
- Willingness to travel for field sales

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
