About the Role

Transcom is hiring experienced Customer Service Advisors for its US E-Commerce Voice Process. This role is ideal for customer service professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer concerns, and providing high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with order-related queries, including order updates, returns, refunds, cancellations, payment concerns, and delivery-related issues.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Follow company policies and established customer service procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international BPO customer service process.
- Experience in Retail, Airline, Insurance, or similar customer service environments is preferred.




- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with international customers.
- Strong problem-solving, active listening, and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, performance-driven workplace.
- Candidates who can join at the earliest will be preferred.
