Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our energetic sales team. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases.
- Effectively communicate product and service information, features, and benefits to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and pain points to offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Handle customer questions, inquiries,



and objections professionally and persuasively to overcome resistance.
- Successfully close sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and prospects to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and improve performance.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
