Job Summary

The Team Lead is responsible for managing daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring smooth inbound, sorting, outbound, and dispatch activities while leading a team to achieve operational KPIs. The role focuses on maintaining service quality, productivity, safety, and compliance with company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, scanning, loading, unloading, and dispatch.
- Lead and motivate warehouse associates, loaders, and delivery executives to achieve operational targets.
- Plan manpower, allocate work, and manage shift schedules.
- Monitor productivity, TAT, SLA, shipment accuracy, and other operational KPIs.
- Ensure timely processing and dispatch of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Conduct daily shift briefings and monitor team performance.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to the Operations Manager.
- Coordinate with First Mile, Linehaul, Hub, Last Mile,



and Customer Support teams.
- Train and mentor recent employees while promoting continuous process improvement.
- Maintain operational reports, attendance records, and shift documentation.
- Drive 5S, workplace discipline, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, Supply Chain, or E-commerce operations.
- Experience in team handling and shift management.
- Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
