Xaironix is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) / Bidder to help us expand our client base and drive business growth.
What You'll Do:Generate leads through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and other channels.Identify potential clients and submit high-quality proposals.Communicate with prospects and schedule discovery meetings.Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up with leads.Collaborate with our technical team to understand client requirements and prepare winning proposals.
What We're Looking For:1–2 years of experience in IT services sales or bidding.Robust communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.Familiarity with web and mobile development services is a plus.
