*Key Responsibilities*

- Graduation must

- Oversee customer service operations across 4–5 project locations (e.g., EM Bypass, Tangra, Sector V, Rajarhat, etc.).

- Address and resolve customer queries and grievances through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the respective departments and follow up until closure.
- Maintain records of customer complaints, resolutions, and response timelines.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.Team Management

*

- Supervise the customer care teams at all assigned project locations.
- Guide and support team members in resolving customer concerns.
- Act as the escalation point for issues that cannot be resolved at the site level.




- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to company SOPs and service standards.

*Administration*

- Handle day-to-day administrative issues across project sites and the marketing office.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for smooth site operations.
- Ensure office and site administration is maintained efficiently.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and professional appearance across all locations.
- Support management with administrative coordination and operational requirements.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
