- Design and develop workspace / office interior projects from concept to execution
- Prepare layout plans, mood boards, and design presentations
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into designs
- Develop detailed drawings (2D/3D), including furniture layouts and material selections
- Work closely with MEP, vendors, and execution teams for smooth project delivery
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation as per plan
- Manage timelines, design approvals, and revisions
- Ensure quality, functionality, and aesthetic standards are met
Key Skills:
- Strong design sense with focus on workspace functionality
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture systems
- Good communication and client-handling skills
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in corporate office / workspace design projects
- Exposure to turnkey or design & build projects
