We are hiring Freshers for the role of Customer Support Executive International Voice Process for a leading global customer support program under the Apprentice profile.

Role & responsibilities

- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently over voice calls.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure clear, courteous, and effective communication with customers.
- Adhere to shift schedules, attendance, and compliance requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Freshers candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.




- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (if applicable).
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Should be comfortable for Apprentice role.
