We are a London-based technology company building innovative digital products that simplify how people work and collaborate. As we prepare for the launch of our next-generation application, we are looking for enthusiastic Campus Ambassadors who can help us build an active beta testing community within their colleges.

This role offers students the chance to gain real-world experience in product management, user research, community building, and technology while working directly with an international startup.

Role Overview

As a Campus Ambassador, you will be responsible for recruiting students from your college to participate in our beta testing program. You will collect valuable user feedback, identify bugs, gather feature requests, and help our product team improve the application before its official launch.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit students from your college to participate in the beta testing program.
- Build and manage a beta testing community on your campus.
- Conduct product demonstrations and onboarding sessions.
- Encourage students to actively use the application.
- Collect detailed bug reports with screenshots, screen recordings, and reproduction steps.
- Gather user feedback on:
- User Experience (UX)
- User Interface (UI)
- Performance
- Features
- Ease of Use
- Identify usability issues and improvement opportunities.
- Collect feature requests and enhancement suggestions from testers.
- Submit weekly feedback reports to the product team.
- Coordinate with the company's Product and QA teams.
- Ensure testers complete assigned testing tasks within deadlines.
- Promote new beta releases and encourage users to test updated versions.

What We're Looking For





- Currently pursuing Undergraduate or Postgraduate studies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active participation in college clubs, societies, or student communities is a plus.
- Interest in technology, startups, AI, SaaS, or product development.
- Ability to recruit and engage fellow students.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable using Google Forms, Excel/Sheets, Discord, Slack, or WhatsApp groups.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of software testing.
- Knowledge of reporting bugs effectively.
- Familiarity with mobile or web applications.
- Leadership or event management experience.
- Experience managing student communities.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

Your performance will be evaluated based on:

- Number of students onboarded.
- Active beta testers retained.
- Quality of bug reports submitted.
- Number of validated bugs identified.
- Quality of feature suggestions.
- Weekly feedback report submission.
- Student engagement and participation rate.
- Overall contribution to product improvements.
