Elaterz is looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to promote our Digital Marketing and IT Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Promote Digital Marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, etc.) and IT solutions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service packages.
- Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.




- Negotiate with clients and close sales deals.
- Maintain client records and sales reports using CRM tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers to 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Telecalling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and IT Services is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
