We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Marketing Manager to promote Duratech's industrial concrete flooring solutions, generate business opportunities, and build robust relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, industries, and project owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit construction sites, industrial units, and commercial projects to identify potential customers.
- Promote the company's industrial concrete flooring products and services.
- Generate new leads through field visits and market research.
- Meet contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and project managers to introduce company services.
- Collect project information and customer requirements and update the sales team.
- Schedule client meetings for the Sales Manager/Business Development team.
- Distribute brochures, company profiles, and marketing materials.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide regular market feedback.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead records, and follow-up updates.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and field activity targets.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
