Position: Lead Generation Executive
Experience: 3–4 Years

Language Known : Any South Indian Language mandatory

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Lead Generation Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, coordinate with prospective clients, and support business development activities through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, institutes, and prospective clients.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Follow up with clients regarding meetings, proposals, and business requirements.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain records of calls, discussions, and follow-up activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.




- Prepare and maintain daily call reports and MIS records.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 3–4 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or client coordination.
- Experience in the Education industry preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced workplace.
