Shape - U Clinic is looking for a Sales Coordinator
Timing: 11 am - 8 pm/11 .30 am - 8.30 pm
1 Week off during week days.
No Sales, No Target, Only Client Co-ordination and Follow-Up
Fresher/Experienced with good communications can apply.
Job Description:
- Answering phones & explaining the treatment and services offered by the clinic
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customers and understanding their specifications and requirement.
- Doing follow-up calls and booking appointments in qualified manner.
- Maintaining the database of the customers in CRM on a regular basis.
- Daily update of calls done, WhatsApp marketing.
- Appropriately do WhatsApp marketing to all the customers.
- Handling CRM (Software).
- No Field Work, No Part Time, No work from home.
Candidate should be good in English communication and basic computer knowledge is required.
