Job Title: Social Worker

- Job Summary: A Social Worker assesses clients' needs, provides counseling and support, connects individuals with community resources, and advocates for their rights and well-being. They work with people facing challenges such as mental health issues, family conflicts, poverty, abuse, addiction, disability, or illness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess clients' needs, strengths, and challenges.
- Develop individualized care or intervention plans.
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and emotional support.
- Connect clients with healthcare, housing, financial, educational, and community resources.
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to services.
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, government agencies, and community organizations.
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Conduct home visits and risk assessments when required.
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW) or a related field.




- State or national social work license/certification (where required).
- Knowledge of social services, case management, and community resources.
- Experience in counseling or client advocacy is preferred.

Salary: Salary varies depending on location, education, experience, and employer.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
