- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of travel products, services, destinations, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Proficient in using travel booking systems, reservation software, and other relevant tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with marketing principles and experience in promoting travel services is an advantage.
- Knowledge of foreign languages may be beneficial, depending on the target clientele.
- Experience in destination management is mandatory.
