A Multi-Project Civil Construction Manager is needed to manage simultaneous site operations, track financial metrics, and enforce quality control. Key functions involve resource and machinery balancing across concurrent sites, road and drainage execution, and team leadership.

Job Overview

- Role Title: Project Manager – Civil Infrastructure

- Employment Type: Full-Time

- Core Focus: Cement Concrete (CC) Roads, Stormwater Drains, and Sub-base Earthwork

- Capacity: Oversee multiple distinct project sites simultaneously without loss of quality or safety standards

Key Responsibilities

- Multi-Site Management: Supervise and direct site engineers across at least 4 concurrent CC road and drainage construction sites.

- Technical Execution: Ensure proper subgrade compaction, PQC/DLC laying for CC roads, and accurate alignment/slopes for RCC/stone masonry storm water drains.

- Resource Allocation: Distribute machinery, raw materials (cement, aggregate, steel), and labor teams efficiently across the 4 active projects.

- Budget & Cost Control: Track project expenditures, perform material take-offs,



and minimize material wastage to adhere to allocated budgets.

- Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce strict quality control checks (cube testing, level surveys) and site safety protocols compliant with local standards.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, municipal bodies, and local authorities for clearances and progress updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

- Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of total civil experience, with at least 3 years specifically managing CC roads and underground drainage networks.

- Multi-Tasking: Proven track record of managing multiple infrastructure sites at the same time.

- Technical Software: Proficiency in MS office, AutoCAD and other scheduling and tracking progress.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
