Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Domestic Staffing

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in Domestic Staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring clients, and driving revenue growth for IT and Non-IT staffing services across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Identify and acquire new clients for IT and Non-IT staffing requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate staffing solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and service agreements.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies.




- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–10 years of experience in Business Development within Domestic Staffing/Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT and Non-IT staffing services.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in permanent staffing, contract staffing, or recruitment consulting.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Existing client network will be an added advantage.
