Job Description – PMO / Project Management Office

Position: PMO / Project Management Consultant

Location: Mumbai-Onsite

Experience: 6–8 years

A PMO (Project Management Office) professional working in the government

sector typically acts as the program/project coordination and execution support

arm of the officer or department.

1. Role Overview

 Support the senior government official in the planning, execution,

monitoring, and governance of key government programs and projects.

 Establish and manage PMO processes to ensure projects are delivered within

defined scope, timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.

 Act as a central coordination point between government departments,

implementing agencies, technology partners, consultants, vendors, and other

stakeholders.

 Provide data-driven insights, dashboards, reports, and

recommendations to support decision-making by senior government

leadership.

 Program & Project Management

 Review & Governance

 Risk & Issue Management

 Familiarity with GeM and government procurement processes

 Understanding of e-Governance and Digital India initiatives

Soft Skills

 Excellent written and verbal communication

 Strong presentation skills

 Ability to work with senior government officials

 Stakeholder coordination

Pay: ₹619,235.71 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
